Turn Around Time
Standard turn around time for most orders is 7-10 business days from the time of deposit and approval of your proof. Some items may take longer.
Please note we are not open for national holidays and these days will add to the turnaround time of your order.
First time customers- 50% before we begin/Remaining 50% prior to shipping.
Return Customers- 100% prior to shipping.

*The printed design is a direct reflection of the artwork and the print can only be as good as the art submitted by the customer.
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that all of the information on the proof is correct. This includes checking for any spelling, grammar, or design errors in the design. If an error is found after your order has been approved and printed, Platinum Ink will not be held liable for the cost associated with reprinting the order. We assume no liability for errors in designs approved by the customer. You may request a digital proof of your order prior to production.
Out of Stock items:
Due to the wide variety of brands, styles, colors, and sizes… Platinum Ink carries limited stock of blank garments. From time to time the manufacturer may be out of stock on ordered items. Platinum Ink will not be held liable for delays due to manufacture out of stocks or discontinued items. In these cases the customer will be notified immediately and provided with other options.
We cannot be held responsible for garment inconsistencies related to size, shade or construction. We will do our best to resolve these issues with our suppliers to provide you with the best possible garments we can.
Print Location & Print Size:
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide details in regard to print placement and size. If no details are provided, Platinum Ink will print in standard locations (ie: Chest Print).
The best way to gauge your print size is to lay a shirt (in the sizes you wish to have printed) flat and use a ruler to measure out the print area. Please keep in mind the scale of the print will vary on different sized garments and all items of an order will be printed with the same set of screens.
Over Zipper & Seam Prints
Printing over zippers and seams will never produce a ‘perfect’ print. Returns and reprints will not be issued for these services.
In the even that an order is cancelled by a customer the refund will be based on the status of the order. We do not offer refunds on orders printed, but will reprint the order to the correct specs if a mistake has been found. If upon receiving your order you find that something is incorrect, you must notify us within 72 hours of the delivery of your product. Once we are notified we will do everything we can to take care of any issues in a timely manner. If it is determined that you need to return products to Platinu Ink for inspection or to be reprinted, the product must be returned within 2 business weeks of the stated claim. If you have contacted us to make a return and we have agreed to cover the shipping costs, all items must be shipped using ground ship methods from UPS or FedEx, any other methods of shipping (3 day ship, 2nd day air, next day air, next day saver) will not be covered.
Garment pricing listed on our site is to give you the most accurate estimate of your job cost. Due to the fact that the cost of cotton can fluxuate, we recommend sending us a quote request to ensure your job cost remains in your budget and there are no surprises down the road. Platinum Ink does it’s best to moderate pricing on our website to display the most accurate pricing possible.
Items displayed on our site are there to show you the most accurate representation of the garments available. We are not limited to the garments shown and DO NOT sell blank garments. We are a screen printing, embroidery, and print facility only. We do not manufacture custom cut and sew garments.
